-Originally created in as a sound collage to be played live at a show in San Francisco.
-I made a demo where I played a drum part live on a drum kit, and then overdubbed a bass line (on guitar), a guitar line, and a desk bells line.
-I used the tempo and feel of the demo to place the samples of Count Dracula featuring Bela Legosi, a Super G song, and a tape my sister made of herself reading a story when she was five or something like that.
-We’ve repurposed a lot of the parts from that demo here. Eric has tightened up the sounds and added some guitar parts.

-I like how this song embraces the arbitrary nature of language and voices.
